The Asian Studies program is interdisciplinary and uses the resources of several departments. Administratively, the program is part of the Department of History, Philosophy, Political Science and Religion.
In addition to choose from a variety of courses, students have several opportunities to put their coursework into practice. Marietta College has strategic relationships with Beijing International Studies University and University of International Relations in China, Hong Kong Baptist University, Seoul Woman’s University, and Bangkok University, allowing students to study abroad and professors to visit the colleges.
