The McDonough Center promotes leadership development in many professional fields. Graduates of the McDonough Leadership Program tell us that they lead in a variety of career tracks. At McDonough, we focus specifically on eight leadership areas. In each link below, you will find alumni profiles that will give you an overview of the different paths that our graduates have taken:

  • Nonprofit Leadership (leading in nonprofit organizations at the local, national and global levels)
  • Education (leading in educational institutions as a K-12 teacher, college/university professor, administrator)
  • Business Leadership (leading in the for-profit sector at the local, national and global levels)
