Discussion
about shared Departmental TIGS other departments sharing the resources so
that more of the campus community can benefit.
Collaborating grants shared by various departments. Such as training on equipment or software:
Photoshop, how to burn DVD, Flash.
Dan
Huck mentioned that in the earlier TAG meetings it was mentioned that any
equipment bought through the TIGS and used for a short term project would
be returned to the IT department at the end of the project to be shared by
others. This would help us to keep
track of our equipment. There would
be a sign off sheet when others wanted to borrow the TIG equipment.
What
happened to purchasing Adobe Acrobat for the campus information about this
will be investigated by Debbie (Schoolworld software Mike Hallock)
