Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Club
Even with a few ups and downs and bumps in the road along the way, I had a great four years at Marietta College! I think that future students who want the same personalized, small college experience that I had, should be given the same opportunity.
Without financial aid, scholarships and my campus job, I would not have been able to attend MC. My experience was made possible by alumni giving back to the Marietta Fund, and for that I am truly grateful.
—Ann Keller, Class of 2003
As a Graduate Of the Last Decade, you are one of the newest members of the Long Blue Line. You are the example of the quality of education that Marietta College delivers. The Marietta College GOLD Club is designed to highlight you, our most recent alumni, and to recognize you for giving back so soon after graduating. By becoming a member of the Gold Club you have a golden opportunity to make a difference to your alma mater and in the lives of current and future Marietta College students.
While you were attending Marietta College, alumni, parents and friends of the College were generously contributing to the Marietta Fund, which funded scholarships, equipped the classrooms and laboratories, purchased computers and books, and provided for campus activities. In addition, those gifts to the Marietta Fund helped bridge the gap between the tuition you paid and the actual cost of your education. That difference is currently over $8000 per student each year.
Please consider joining the GOLD Club today, by making a gift to the Marietta Fund. Your participation in the Marietta Fund is very important – even more important than how much you give. Your support shows that you understand the value of a college education, and every gift can help someone else reach his or her goal of a Marietta College degree.
