Fayerweather Hall was built in 1906 but it hasn't been used as a residence hall for more than 15 years. In the Fall of 2005, the residence hall re-opened to accommodate 58 co-ed upper-class students. The building consists of single rooms and single suites (8ft. 10in. x 10ft. 9in.) with a shared common room (13ft. x 13ft. 5in.) The four-story building has a laundry room, a community kitchen, a lounge, and a multi-purpose room.
