McCoy Hall
McCoy Hall, a co-ed residence hall completed in the Fall of 2001, accommodates 176 upper-class students. The residence hall consists of two wings connected by a center multipurpose lounge and staff office. McCoy Hall has single rooms (10ft. 8in. x 13ft. 5in.), standard double rooms (12ft. 4in. x 13ft. 5in.), double suites (12ft. 4in. x 13ft. 5in.) that share a bathroom, and apartments. The four-story hall has two laundry rooms, a public lounge, a multi-purpose room, two community kitchens, and an interior bicycle storage room.
