12th annual Physics Colloquium continues with six programs this spring
Marietta College’s 12th annual Physics Colloquium returns for the spring semester with six presentations scheduled, beginning with three Marietta College students discussing their internship and research experiences at noon, Friday, Jan. 25, in Rickey 166.
The students — Shelby Lee ’13 (Galloway, Ohio), Laura Carpenter ’14 (Pennsboro, W.Va.) and Vance Turnewitsch ’14 (St. Clairsville, Ohio) — will talk from noon to 12:50 p.m.
Unless noted, all colloquia speakers begin at noon in Rickey 166 and should last about 50 minutes with the Physics department providing the lecture, pizza and beverages for the public free of charge. Please contact Jacquelyn Lane at (740) 376-4820 or email@example.com if you plan to attend.

March 8: New Planetarium Show, Anderson Hancock Planetarium.
March 22: Dr. Sergio DeSouza Machado, University of Maryland-Baltimore County, “TBA.”
