Pagenhardt, a native of Oakland, Md., was a four-year letterwinner in women’s basketball and played two years of women’s tennis during her time at Marietta.

"Justine provided a solid foundation of leadership and dedication to the women's basketball program," Head Women’s Basketball Coach Jill Meiring said. "She set a standard for the program to live up to and was a key component in our improvement and success, both on and off the basketball court."

As a senior, Pagenhardt led the women’s basketball team and finished second in the OAC in scoring, averaging 17.0 points. The guard finished her career fourth all-time in scoring with 1,454 points and as the career leader in three-point field goal attempts with 380. Pagenhardt, a three-year captain, earned All-OAC second team honors as sophomore and All-OAC honorable mention as a freshman and senior. She was also a three-time Academic All-OAC selection, having received the honor in each of her final three years. In addition, Pagenhardt, who was active in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, was named an ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America third team selection in 2008.

Pagenhardt, who won the Clyde Lamb Award in 2008 and the William O. Whetsell Award in 2006, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biology. She is currently attending medical school at West Virginia University.

Piconke, a native of Clinton Township, Mich., was a four-year starter for the Etta Express during his time at Marietta.

"Tony had a wonderful career in the pinstripes, including being nominated for Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Year and being an integral part of our 2006 National Championship club," Head Baseball Coach Brian Brewer said. "He was a role model for our younger players both on and off the field throughout his career."

Piconke, an outfielder, finished his career with 691 at-bats, which is the second most in both school and OAC history. In 188 career games, he batted .327 with 47 doubles, nine triples, 18 home runs, 171 runs scored and 144 RBI. The 2005 and 2007 All-OAC first team honoree, who also earned All-Mideast Region honors during both those seasons, received All-OAC honorable mention after leading the Pioneers in runs scored (40) and stolen bases (9) while finishing second in hits (46) and adding eight doubles, four home runs and 32 RBI in 2008. Piconke played a key role in Marietta's 2006 National Championship run; he hit a two-run home run to start the scoring in the title game victory over Wheaton (Mass.).

Piconke, who earned a degree in Advertising & Public Relations, is currently working as an intern for Nurtured Pets in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
