Lady Pioneers drop two matches Saturday

CHARLESTON, WV - Marietta College's women's tennis team was supposed to host a tri-match with OAC rival Ohio Northern and Charleston (WV). Weather, however, forced the matches to be moved to Charleston. Marietta and Ohio Northern went head to head in the first match, with the Polar Bears clawing their way to a 9-0 victory. The Lady Pioneers' did not fare much better in their second match, as they were blanked once again, this time by Charleston 9-0.

Marietta (1-5, 0-3 OAC) will look to get back on its winning ways Wednesday (Apr. 6) when it travels to Alliance to take on Mount Union.
