Marietta volleyball swept by Yellow Jackets

BEREA, Ohio - The Marietta College volleyball team fell 3-0 (30-26, 30-16, 30-25) to Baldwin-Wallace this afternoon (Oct. 16) in OAC action.

The Pioneers (6-18, 1-5 OAC) were led by sophomore Jaymi Stephens (Columbus/Hilliard Davidson) with seven kills.

Sophomore setter Paige Burton (Fairlawn/Akron Hoban) finished with 18 assists and 12 digs.

Also chipping in defensively were senior Ashley Webster (West Chester/Ursuline Academy) with 16 digs and freshman Jessica Craig (Uniontown/Lake) with 10 digs.

Marietta will return to action Tuesday (Oct. 19) when it hosts Otterbein at 7 p.m.
