ASIANetwork Freeman Foundation Student-Faculty Summer Research Fellow Grant
In 2006, Dr. Luding Tong and four Marietta College students received a grant from ASIANetwork Freeman Foundation Student-Faculty Summer Research Fellow Program for their research project “Beyond the Wall: Investigating the Building Blocks of Contemporary Chinese Advertising.” The research team spent one month in China conducting this research. The project resulted in student conference presentations, a magazine book and a DVD on contemporary Chinese advertising industry.
Investigative Studies
Aimed at the college's most academically gifted and highly motivated students, the Investigative Studies Program at Marietta College provides Summer Fellowships for undergraduates interested in pursuing special research and creative projects, as well as Travel Fellowships for presentation of findings at regional and national conferences.
