Airport Transportation
A shuttle service is available to students and faculty/staff members to local airports in the region. Shuttle services are available to Columbus, Akron/Canton and Wood County (Parkersburg) airports. The shuttle fee for Columbus and Akron/Canton Airports is $150 per way/$300 round trip for each student. Three business days notice must be given to College Police by coming to the Dept. and filling out a shuttle form. Payment must then be made at the Cashier’s Window in Irvine Administration by cash, check or credit in order to secure the shuttle.
There is no fee for shuttle service to the Wood County (Parkersburg) airport.
If a student needs to cancel a shuttle, College Police must be notified 3 business days prior to the shuttle date or payment will NOT be refunded. Students are responsible for calling College Police at #3333 to book, cancel or make any changes to an existing flight time.
Students taking a College Police shuttle should advise the dispatcher or officer at the time of booking the shuttle how much luggage should be expected.
** One shuttle per day is taken to or from Columbus or Akron/Canton airports on a scheduled day. Students and Faculty/Staff members may be required to arrive earlier for a shuttle due to other students’ flights. Students may also need to wait longer at the airport in order for other students’ flights to arrive. **
