Mr. Bryant has worked in higher education since 1974, serving in chief financial officer capacities since 1985. Mr. Bryant completed doctoral work in higher education administration at the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 1985 and 1989.

Mr. Bryant began his career at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., in various positions leading to Director of Business and Operations Services. From 1985-89, he served as Business Manager and Treasurer at Rockhurst College (Kansas City, Mo.). Mr. Bryant then moved to Southwestern University (Georgetown, Texas) where he served as Vice President for Fiscal Affairs from 1989-96.

In 1996, he returned to Washington, D.C., as Associate Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs at Georgetown University Law Center. In 2000, Bryant traveled abroad to the Higher College of Technology in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, as the Director of Finance and Administration. He returned to the United States in 2001 and assumed his current role as Vice President for Administration and Finance at Marietta College.

Mr. Bryant and his wife, Evy, are commercial-rated pilots and avid Pittsburgh Pirates fans.

Ms. Ford has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, the highest professional designation in her field. She and her husband, Glen, a lifelong Marietta resident, reside in Devola. They are the parents of two adult children.
