Frigid temperatures prevented many from attending this program in February, but weather in May should be much better! Please join us as we belatedly celebrate Galileo's 451st birthday with a look at his life and some of his most important scientific discoveries. This program, produced by the Daniel M. Soref Planetarium at the Milwaukee Public Museum, will be accompanied by a star talk about the May night sky.

July 2015: Secret of the Cardboard Rocket

School has been out for a while now, so please join us for a special children's program! We will investigate the July night sky, including the currently visible planets and some seasonal constellations. This program will also include a viewing of "Secret of the Cardboard Rocket," an imaginative tour of our Solar System. While all ages are welcome, this program is specifically geared towards grades K-4.
Seating for the July public shows will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
August 2015: Sunstruck

Join us for the Marietta College premiere of "Sunstruck," produced by the Michigan Science Center! This program explores the various ways that the Sun can affect the Earth. This show will also include a star talk about the late summer evening sky.
