Outstanding Community Service Award

This award honors and recognizes a Resident Assistant who demonstrates a record of distinction in service to the College and surrounding Marietta community through programming, bulletin boards, and daily efforts to involve residents in an unselfish cause to help others. The award consists of a certificate and the placement of the recipient's name upon a permanent plaque.

This award is presented to a Resident Assistant who develops the most outstanding programs for his or her residents, strongly adhering to the programming ideals and requirements of the Department of Residence Life. The recipient should exceed all standards of program planning and show a determined effort to educate, develop, and involve his or her residents. The award consists of a certificate and the placement of the recipient's name on a permanent plaque.

Outstanding Programming by a Hall Council

This award recognizes the Hall Council that has developed the most outstanding programs for their fellow Marietta College students. The receiving Hall Council should also show a measurable development throughout the year in regards to individual leadership on the council and growth in regards to publicizing, planning, and implementing programs for both residents of their hall council and the college community.
