Mr. Davis has over 35 years of experience in information technology at colleges. In 1973, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Education from Troy State University.
Mr. Davis taught one year of high school math prior to starting his technology career at Troy State University in Troy, Alabama. While at Troy State, he served in various positions leading to the Assistant Director of Management Information Services. Prior to leaving Troy State University, he served as the Interim Director of MIS for one year. After over 20 years of service, he resigned his position at Troy State.
In 1995, he joined Marietta College as the Director of Administrative Computing. After the Administrative Computing and Information Technology Departments were merged into one department in January 2003, Mr. Davis was named as the Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Davis and his wife, Jane, live outside of Marietta with their daughter Rebekah. They also have a son, Joshua, who lives in the Atlanta, GA, area with his wife and two children. All family members are very active in their churches.

Brian is responsible for managing the campus network systems, multi-media classrooms, cabling for network/telephones, and the door lock systems. He was also involved in the residence hall wiring project in 2001 as a high school student.
Brian is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Marietta College. Brian resides in Reno, Ohio.
