The Human Resource Department at Marietta College endeavors to provide superior service to all members of the Marietta College community and to be the most trusted, credible source of information and assistance to the campus in all human resource matters.

Mission
The Human Resource Department supports the College in its mission and Core Values by providing effective and visible leadership in human resource administration by developing programs and policies that: ensure quality recruitment, retention, and development of employees; recognize the diversity of the campus com- munity; protect the best interests of the college and its employees; and enhance the organizational effectiveness of the College.
