“Although it is difficult to compete this early in the season, the teaching sessions and ballots will be quite valuable as we prepare for the Wilcox Tournament,” said Dr. Mabry M. O’Donnell, Professor of Communication and coach of the Forensics team. “The Ruth A. Wilcox Forensics Invitational Tournament will be on the Marietta College campus Saturday, November 4.”
“The actual process and spirit are rather different in college forensics, but the heart is the same, and I’m so glad to get back into speech competitions,” said Rebecca McCullough. “I love this sort of tournament; it’s more about networking with other teams and meeting some excellent people than about winning,” said Amy Bitely.(See Photos)
