T.E.A.M. is a Peer Mentor Program designed to provide a supportive experience for the personal and intellectual development of first-year minority students at Marietta College.
The specific objectives are to provide a continuing orientation to the college and community life, to help students develop a sense of belonging and to help students identify positively with the college. T.E.A.M. also wants to demonstrate genuine concern for them and to inspire students through moral support. To facilitate this process, each mentee is paired with a peer mentor.
