Ellen received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mount Union in 2003 with a major in History with minors in Education and Music. She worked at Mount Union before moving on to Kent State University to finish her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration Student Personnel. She graduated from Kent State University in August 2009.

At Marietta, Ellen's job includes working with the resident assistants in training and programming, and orientation leaders in training and running the orientation program. She also does Summer Enrollment days, teaches FYE102, and advises Up 'til Dawn. Starting in the fall of 2012, Ms. Campbell began heading up the Senior Year Program in Harrison Hall. Her favorite part of her job is Up 'til Dawn because it is a great organization and she loves getting to see her work pay off in the form of helping children.

She enjoys running and her family, which comes in the form of the students and people she works with here at Marietta College.
