Ms. Eichner is the Nonprofit Capacity Building Program Manager at Marietta College. She works with nonprofit organizations in the Mid-Ohio Valley (MOV) to develop their capacity through targeted trainings and workshops as well as through service-learning partnerships. She also oversees the Next Generation: Nonprofit Board Training for Young Leaders program and Pay It Forward, which are collaborations between Marietta College students and local nonprofits.
Through the years she has created, implemented, and facilitated various programs, projects, and events surrounding social justice, nonprofit collaboration, and student engagement. She was an AmeriCorps VISTA for three years through Ohio Campus Compact and served the University of Findlay and the University of Mount Union as well as the Findlay and Alliance communities. She worked as a board and administrative consultant for a newly launched 501(c)(3) food pantry and she was a strategic planning taskforce member for the YWCA of Alliance. She has also served as a board member, committee member, mayoral commission member, and/ or representative to a variety of nonprofit and grass roots organizations.
She also worked as the service-learning liaison at the University of Mount Union.
