Dr. Pitasky has held numerous positions in his nearly 40 years at Marietta College, including as a faculty member in Mathematics, and administratively, including Provost, Registrar, Director of Institutional Research and Vice President for Enrollment Management.
He began his career as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics in 1970. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 1976 and later to Professor in 1985. He returned fulltime to the classroom in the fall of 2007 after splitting time in the classroom and as Registrar from 2001-07.
