Dr. Potash is Professor of Management and Leadership and contributed to the development of the new management major, which combines studies in the Business & Economics department and in the McDonough Center for Leadership and Business. In designing a new "Managing Organizations" course he combined his academic background of organizational behavior and human resources management with experience gained during his last three year-long sabbaticals: first with GE, then with Wiremold, and finally with DuPont. He has consulted with area businesses, and serves on the Board of the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
