Ms. Hockenberry, who has more than 16 years of customer service experience, is the Administrative Coordinator and Building Manager for the McDonough Center. She joined the McDonough team in June 2006.

Before joining the McDonough Center, Ms. Hockenberry was the Administrative Assistant to the Major and Planned Giving Departments at Marietta College for more than four years.

Prior to joining Marietta College, she worked for more than 10 years at Washington Electric Cooperative. She started at WEC as a part-time entry clerk and progressed to the full-time position of Head Billing Clerk, being responsible for the management of more than 10,000 accounts.
