Frank Fleischer is a retired Healthcare Executive who resides in Palm Coast, Florida.
He was in various administrative roles within the Ohio Department of Mental Health for more than 30 years, including CEO of Woodside Hospital in Youngstown, Fallsview Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, and Heartland Behavioral Healthcare in Massillon.
He worked in genetic family research studies for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and grants for the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities in Columbus, Ohio.
He ahs been actively serving on non-profit boards including Ohio Coalition for Adult Protective Services, Guernsey County Community Development Corporation, and the William McKinley Society.
He is a graduate of Marietta College Class of 1971 and received his Masters in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Frank's son, Corey, is a 2009 graduate of Marietta College.
