Biography

Keith Coleman is an accomplished healthcare executive most recently serving the Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio, as Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer. Mount Carmel is part of Trinity Health, the second largest Catholic health system in the nation, and Keith was their Regional CFO for the Ohio Region.

Prior to Mount Carmel, Keith was the Chief Financial Officer of the Adena Health System in Chillicothe, Ohio, which operates three hospitals in southern Ohio. Previous healthcare leadership positions include service as President of University Hospitals Faculty Services in Cleveland, Ohio; Senior Vice President, CFO at Quantum Health Resources, Inc., a publicly-traded, national home health company in Indianapolis, Indiana; Senior Vice President, CFO, Geisinger Health System, Danville, Pennsylvania; and CFO of NetGenics, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio, a pre-IPO bioinformatics company serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

He started his career in public accounting holding positions with Price Waterhouse & Co., and Peat, Marwick & Mitchell & Co. Keith earned his BA in Accounting and Mathematics from Marietta College in 1977. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Internal Auditor, (Inactive). Keith holds membership in a number of professional associations including the American Institute of CPAs, Ohio Society of CPAs, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Medical Group Management Association. Keith originates from Warren, Ohio, and is married to his wife Debbie, and has a son, Bryce and a daughter, Dana.
