Biography

Roger Pitasky, who joined the faculty in 1970, is the senior professor in the Math Department. He was an Assistant Professor until 1976, an Associate Professor until 1985 and was promoted to full professor that same year. 

Roger has also held numerous administrative positions over the years, including Vice President for Enrollment Management from 1987-91. He served as Director of Institutional Research and Planning (1976-87), Assistant Dean of the College (1981-85), Director of the Computer Center (1985-87), Interim Provost and Dean of the College (1991-92), Director of Institutional Research (1992-94), Provost and Dean of the College (1994-97), Director of Institutional Research (1997-2001) and Registrar (2001-07).
