Volunteer Spotlight Nomination Form

Who is eligible to be nominated? Any Marietta College student or faculty/staff member can be nominated as an outstanding volunteer. If you know of someone who has dedicated long hours to a campus or community organization and deserves to be recognized, nominate him/her! A winner will be selected by a panel of faculty and staff and a prize will be awarded!

Make a Difference Day 2006

The 16th Annual Make a Difference Day, on Saturday, October 28, 2006, provided Marietta College students with several opportunities to assist a variety of city organizations, including: painting at the YMCA, repairing the courtyard at the Ely Chapman Foundation, putting together a Halloween party for area youngsters, planning a party for seniors at the O'Neill Center, collecting toiletries for EVE, Inc., and conducting an inventory toward revitalization of the city's central business district.
