know at least a week in advance 376-4794.

Requirements:
All graduate courses require students to submit a written paper
on a subject in assessment. It must be at least 15 pages in
length and written in APA style.
Please use the services of The Writing Center if you need
assistance in writing your paper (This is what they are there for!)
Call Dr. Catalano for assistance 376-4636.

Give an assessment or test to an individual and report the results
to the class. Use a one page handout to distribute the results.
Be clear on what you are trying to test and what type of test it is.

Group assignment will be to instruct the class on one aspect of
testing. You can be creative!! However you must utilize
Powerpoint in your presentation to the class.
You may be videotaped to allow undergraduates see what you are
demonstrating.

Grades will be determined by the following:
Group project: 20%
Paper: 20%
Exam 1: 15%
Exam 2: 25%
Give an assessment to a student and report outcome to class.
Please make sure you maintain confidentiality.

Attendance
and participation 10%
* Attendance and participation is very important in each of these
sessions. Missing a class and/or non participation will adversely
affect your grade.
*All students MUST take the MAT within the first 6 graduate
hours of coursework. See Linda Gorman for Details.
