Dicussion:

Qualitative investigation : Qualitative investigation is measuring in the pool. Because an organism has habitat where the current runs slow. This investigation put in operation for several times with a scoop, hand screen.(22 centimeter in diameter) That place makes a selection at random. It choose where the diversity of organism can grow up. Then push a stone by foot, gather organism with hand scoop and put in vial use a pincette. The organism must handling Kahle’s solution for fixing.

Throw out Kahle`s solution after a weekend, and fill up alcohol solution. If it don`t treat with Kahle`s solution, creatures are decaied in vial. also, if it treat with alcohol, creatures are decolorized, it that isn`t fixed isn`t made use of accurate analysis. (80% ethanol) We certified the form of fourteenth family through this investigation. Area which this investigation is attained is mostly composed of bedrock,and canopy is mostly composed a class of oak. So many temporary riffle is composed in this area.
