This burrowing mayfly larva burrows into hard soil and clay on the bottom of streams and rivers, where it constructs a U-shaped burrow to live in.  It pumps water through the burrow and filters food from the burrow.  Can you find 2 adaptations on the picture below - one that helps the mayfly dig and another that helps it move water?
