Senior Capstone Projects
2007
On May 4th, 2007, the biology seniors presented their capstone research in poster form. The presentations were open to the public. Each student was available to explain his/her poster. Pictures of the presenters and copies of their posters can be found below.
The poster presentations took place on the second floor of the Rickey Science Center.
2007 NCUR Conference
In 2007, Marietta College sent 3 students to the NCUR (National Conference for Undergraduate Research) at Dominican University of California. Departmental Picnic/Senior Sendoff
The poster presentations at Marietta were followed by a Biology/Environmental Science Department Picnic using the department's new grill.

The department thanks Dr. Peter Hogan (the humble one with the baby carriage) for his long service as departmental chair and wishes him well as he moves on to direct the Physicians Assistant Program.
The department's two tortoises made the picnic as well on their way from their winter home in the greenhouse to their summer pasture outdoors.
