Snakes on a Tree
The Triple Crown for 2007: Photos of a Fer-de-Lance, a Blue-Jeans Dart Frog (carrying a tadpole), and an Eyelash Viper (preferably yellow phase). I was doing well; at La Suerte I had nabbed the first two jewels:

Would I be able to get the third? As we walked along the trail at Cahuita, Dave Brown walked past a tree with some brush growing in front of it. I looked closer - and there it was - the third jewel of the triple crown:
Note - the big thing above is a video, click on the play button to start it if it doesn't start on its own..
After taking numerous pictures with several different cameras, I remarked to Dave - "well, there's only one thing left to do." Dave looked back - "Touch it!" So we did.
Oh, sorry - there was only one snake.
