The Road to Monteverde!

As mentioned in the text, the road up to Monteverde is unpaved and slow going.  This video is an excerpt from our trip up the hill; it took several hours to go the last 25km over "roads" like this.  Kudos to our van driver (who then had to drive BACK to La Fortuna - in the dark).  Some argue that these difficult roads help the Monteverde area from being overrun by tourists in rental cars.  Others say better roads are needed.
