Welcome to Marietta College Forensics

Welcome to the wonderful, wacky, witty, world of Marietta College Forensics (competitive speech, not cadavers). If you have an interest in sharing your ideas with others, enjoy a competitive atmosphere, want to make new friends, and most importantly want to enhance your speaking skills while touching the lives of many other individuals, then forensics is for you.

Wilcox Invitation

You are cordially invited to attend the fifty-sixth annual Ruth A. Wilcox Forensics Invitational Tournament to be hosted by Marietta College and the Ohio Zeta Chapter of Pi Kappa Delta on Saturday, November 1, 2008. Our one-day tournament will follow the friendly competitive pattern that has been a trademark of the Wilcox contest. Schools with a total student body enrollment of 8,000 or fewer are being invited to compete in eleven individual events. We promise to continue the practices for which we are renowned: breakfast treats, a pleasant atmosphere, challenging experiences, and awards for all finalists.
