Bev Hogue's Bio
Bev Hogue is an Assistant Professor of English at Marietta College who enjoys writing short fiction, humor, and doggerel. She worked as a journalist for many years and in 1997 was named Best Columnist in Ohio by the state’s Society of Professional Journalists. She looks for fiction with a distinctive narrative voice, believable characters, and dialogue that real people could actually speak without sounding as if they had a mouth full of coat-hangers.
