What have you learned about yourself from being at Marietta College?
I've learned that things change, people change, and priorities change. But change is good.
Given the opportunity to live anywhere, where would it be and why?
Hawaii has always been a dream.I love the aloha spirit.
What from your hometown makes you who you are today and why?
Living in a beach town makes me a beach bum to the core.but it's also taught me that sometimes in life the tide is low, and sometimes the tide is high, but it's always changing. You have to be ready and willing to ride whatever wave comes your way; no matter how big or small.
What is your favorite food?
Bananas! Banana splits, banana pancakes, banana smoothies, banana bread, and birthday cake my Mom makes every year- frozen chocolate banana chocolate chip cake- it's quite the experience.
What is your favorite book(s)?
Living History, by Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. She is my hero.
What are three things that you absolutely cannot live without?
1. A steady job, so I can afford things I need and want.
2. St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, I don't go nearly enough but when I do it makes me feel really good about things.
3. My inner circle that is my mom and my best friends. This is by far the most important and valued element of my life. They are my life.
