From the Fall of 1977 to the Spring of 1979, Dave Howell and I shared a dorm room in Bryan Hall while we attended Michigan State University. Like most everyone else in college, we took to decorating our room in such a way as to express our individuality and newly found freedoms (I doubt our parent's would have let us do this to our rooms at home). Dave and I decided to paint a "concept" mural on the bulletin board that came in every room. Below is a photo of our creation. I'll leave it to you to interpret our concept (and decide whether we were mentally stable at that point in our lives).
