Select a product or service that you wish to study. Collect annual (or
quarterly or monthly) price data on the product; include at least 10
observations. Plot the data using a spreadsheet. Explain the price
movements using the concepts of supply and demand. Find supporting
evidence for your explanations; this could include newspaper accounts of
