Adding a New Line
Step 1: Click in the row below the one where you would like to add the new row, or you can also highlight the cell.
Step 2: Select Table, then select Insert, and click on Rows Above, which will insert a row.
Step 3: Once the row is created, you are now able to type in the three cells. After you have typed in the correct email address, follow the directions on adding/editing an email address.
Note - Since there are two sections (Email list by Class and Email list by Name), you will need to add the new name to both sections.
