The WITS Program
Women in the SciencesMarietta College runs an award-winning program, "Women in the Sciences," a series of after-school and summer camp hands-on experiences for fifth through eighth grade girls. This program is designed to help girls achieve in math and science. Gender Studies students can serve as assistants in this program, and can also receive academic credit toward the Gender Studies minor.

Many departments at Marietta College contribute to the Gender Studies Program. Gender Studies courses are offered through the following departments:
