Globalization has changed dramatically the way our graduates interact in the world of work. As the marketplace shrinks and cultures clash, we need, more than ever, leaders who can overcome differences and inspire others to rise above prejudice and parochialism. The McDonough Center strives to expand opportunities for students to become global leaders. International leadership education is no longer the realm of exotic and glamorous globe-trotting adventurers. It is the reality of a new century marked by interdependence, rapid technological changes, and the need to bridge cultural divides.
