Nov. 9, 2006 Marietta College Campus Police Blotter October 22 A student was arrested for OMVI on Seventh Street. A male student reported that between Oct. 14 and Oct. 21 his vehicle was damaged in the IGA parking lot. Vehicle finish was scratched by an unknown object. A freshman male student was cited to the Marietta College creed for possession of marijuana. October 24 A non-student was cited to the Marietta Municipal Court for Public Indecency from an incident at Dawes Library. October 25 It was reported that between Oct. 24 and Oct. 25 someone stole $6,000 worth of furniture from the DU House. Out of investigation, three male students were cited to the college creed for taking furniture. All the furniture was recovered. Two male students were cited to the college creed for taking letters off of the DU House. October 28 It was reported that someone knocked three holes into the second floor hallway drywall of the DU House. Currently there are no suspects. A female student was cited to the creed for underage drinking and disorderly conduct. November 1 A professor reported that his cell phone and around 100 music CDs were stolen out of his unlocked office on Oct. 26. The case is under investigation. A male freshman student was cited to the college creed for possession of marijuana in Russell Hall. A female student in McCoy Hall was cited to the college creed for allowing drug use. A non-student was cited to Marietta Municipal court for possession of marijuana. November 4 It was reported that a hole was knocked into the drywall at the Gathering Place. A male student reported that his wallet was stolen off of a table in the Gathering Place between 12:10 a.m. and 12:28 a.m. The wallet was found. The only item missing was $65 in cash.
