Student was transported to hospital. March 22 Male freshman student cited to College Creed for possession of Marijuana March 23 Male student cited to College Creed for Underage consumption of alcohol and menacing at Mary Beach Hall March 29 Two male students were cited for theft of service at Campus Police for failing to pay for pair of trips to airports April 1 Freshman student reported the theft of his Xbox from the lobby of Mary Beach Hall April 6 Five students cited to College Creed for underage alcohol violation at Parsons hall. Freshman male cited to College Creed for underage consumption of alcohol at Russell Hall April 8 Report of the back doors of Hermann Fine Arts Center being painted April 11 Report of door at Quonset Hut being spray painted April 14 Non-student female was summoned to Municipal Court for having drug paraphernalia (pipe) April 15 Upper class student from ATO House was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. April 16 April 18 Student reported that his laptop was stolen from the lobby of Marietta Hall April 24 Report of textbooks stolen from third floor of Erwin Hall April 26 Report of theft of pottery from room in Hermann Fine Arts Center April 27 Report of a video projector stolen from room 101 in Hermann Fine Arts Center Upper class male student cited to College Creed for underage consumption of alcohol at the Gathering Place parking lot April 28 Report of an Exit light broken off the wall on the balcony of Parsons Hall Underage Upper class female student cited to College Creed for underage consumption of alcohol at the mud volleyball area behind Russell Hall Upper class male cited for launching water balloons at traffic on Butler Street at Parsons Hall Upper class male student cited for disorderly conduct while at the Doo Dah Day activities at Dyson Baudo Rec Center Fire Alarm was activated at Parsons Hall by unknown person causing the building to be evacuated. Case Under Investigation Upper class male student arrested for underage possession and consumption of alcohol and providing alcohol to an underage person. Out of the same incident a non-student male was arrested for underage possession/consumption of alcohol at ATO. Both subjects booked into the County Jail Parsons Hall Upper class female cited to College Creed for underage consumption of alcohol Parsons Hall Upper class male cited for having an open container of alcohol on the balcony of Parsons Hall At ATO, two Upper class males cited to College Creed for possession of alcohol under age A non-student male at Mary Beach was transported to the hospital for possible alcohol poisoning. Out of the same incident a freshman student was cited to the College Creed for failing to register and control his guest A freshman male and Upper class female were cited to College Creed for underage consumption of alcohol April 29 A Upper class female student was cited to College Creed for having a weapon on campus at Parsons Hall. The weapon was a pellet pistol Freshman male student cited to College Creed for altering a freshman parking permit so that he could park in the Marietta Hall parking lot |
