Since Jan 2005 the Mathematics and Computer Science Department has been located on the second floor of the Selby wing of the Rickey Science Center. The department's renovated facilities are dedicated to the Mathematics and Computer Science emeriti/ae faculty who have retired since 1970 and were made possible through the generosity of Charles W. and Ruth Z. McCoy and the estate of Jane McCoy Peterson. Dedicated spaces for the department include:
- An office suite and common area
- A multimedia classroom with seating for 32 students
- A computer classroom with 16 workstations and seating for 30 students
- A public computer lab / classroom with 9 workstations and seating for 16 students
- An advanced computer lab used primarily by CSci and CIS majors/minors for work in their upper level courses. This lab has 6 workstations as well as a dedicated Windows 2003 server and a dedicated Linux server.
- A "portable" computer lab consisting of 4 laptops and a portable projector
