Chime Molecular Models

Chime is a web plug-in that presents 3D renderings of molecular models. Chime can be used to run scripted animation programs or to directly manipulate a model on the computer screen. You should use these models to familiarize yourself with the molecular characteristics of antibodies and MHC.

Online Macromolecular Museum

The Online Macromolecular Museum (OMM) holds a collection of macromolecular structures that can be studied using Chime. The site was developed by David Marcey and students interested in macromolecular structure and currently resides at California Luthuran University. Each image includes a tutorial that facilitates investigation of the molecule's structure.
