Counseling Services


The Counseling Center offers services that enhance the students' abilities to make more informed, personal and academic decisions. Counseling encourages student to engage in new ways of thinking about academic, career, and personal issues. Some of the issues addressed regarding, adjustment to college life include study skills, time management, assertiveness, relationships, eating disorders, drug/alcohol problems, and self-esteem. Federal and state standards for confidentiality are adhered to for all students receiving professional counseling for personal issues.

Counseling Services are provided by Ms. Sherri Crock and Dr. Michael J. Harding. Ms. Crock has office hours on Wednesday 6:30 p.m. - 8:30p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - Noon. Dr. Harding has office hours on Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
