The ninth annual All Scholars Day, a one-day celebration of undergraduate research, is scheduled to start at 8:00 a.m., Thursday, April 18th. Presentations, exhibitions and discussions will be held across campus the entire day. Started in 2011, All Scholars Day has become a signature moment at Marietta College. Each spring, no classes are conducted on this day in April as hundreds of Marietta students show research, display art or make a dramatic presentation. There will also be a poster presentation from 10:00-11:30 a.m. in the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center. Students from various departments will present research, internship, and study abroad experiences. The event is free and students are encouraged to attend and support their peers' academic efforts. Prizes will be awarded to the top three poster presentations and a Student’s Choice Award will be given based on the votes of fellow students. Everyone who votes will receive a gift to commemorate All Scholars Day.
