Marietta College will be celebrating its 188th birthday during the annual Founders Day program, which also includes the announcement of faculty honors/awards. The celebration begins at 3:45 p.m., Thursday, February 16th, in The Gathering Place. The Awards Ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. This is an employee-only event. Marietta College started celebrating Founders Day on a consistent basis in 1921 and continues to do so on February 14th or a day close to it every year.
