The Marietta College community is invited to attend the Investigative Studies Summer Fellowship presentations at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 21st, in the Alma McDonough Auditorium. A reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres will follow the presentations. The students making presentations are:

  • Emily Etheridge ’23: The Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) Mission: Investigating the composition of Phobos using neutrons (Dr. Andrew Beck)
  • John Gantner ’22: Adapting to violence: How does the UN respond to dynamic conflicts (Dr. Michael Morgan)
  • Shelby Millheim ’22: Investigation of the proton transfer mechanism in fluorescence quenching (Dr. Debbie Egolf)
  • Julie Schlanz ’23: Effects of mononitroparaben on melanoma cell growth (Dr. Suzanne Parsons)
